We offer several payment options : you can simply 'pay as you go', which as it sounds allows you to pay for check-ups and treatments after each appointment, or for your dental treatment, you can spread your payments through Practice Plan.
Practice Plan has been designed to allow you to budget for your dental check-ups and visits to the hygienist. Emergency appointments are covered through the scheme and you will also receive 20% off any treatment you require and a 10% discount on all products bought at the practice.
For an annual fee, you can purchase worldwide emergency insurance separately. You will also receive a discount on all treatment and products purchased through the practice.
Option IA * :
For £9.95 per month you will receive a dental health check and hygienist visit every six months, together with any emergency appointments and X-rays you require. You will also receive 20% off any treatment you require and a 10% discount on all products bought at the practice.
Dental Health Check : This will include a 13 point examination of your teeth and gums, which includes periodontal advice. We also check your mouth for signs of oral cancer.
Hygienist Visit : This will include removal of plaque, together with help and advice about how to keep your teeth and gums in tip-top condition.
X-rays: Taking X-rays allow us to examine the roots of your teeth – this helps us to identify any underlying problems, such as root canal infections, which may need treatment.
Emergency insurance ** :
This will include worldwide trauma and emergency call-out, together with redundancy protection *** for up to 12 months. For full details see the emergency insurance section.
Option IB * :
For £14.10 per month, you will receive a dental health check every six months and a hygienist visit every three months, together with any emergency appointments and X-rays you require (details above). You will also receive 20% off any treatment you require and a 10% discount on all products bought at the practice.
Emergency Insurance * :
Emergency insurance is included as part of the Practice Plan Scheme.
Alternatively, for an annual fee of £34.50 you will receive worldwide trauma and emergency call-out insurance together with a discount on all treatment and products purchased through the practice.
The insurance covers :
Emergency Call-Out : This will cover you for emergency pain relief treatment worldwide – simply pay the emergency call-out charge, obtain a receipt and return this to Kibworth and Uppingham Dental Practices. The insurers will then reimburse you for the call-out fee, minus the excess, up to the policy limits. Emergency call-out is to cover pain relief only. Any additional restorative treatment must be paid for by the patient.
Dental Trauma : This will cover you for treatment, minus the excess, should you suffer dental trauma sustained through an accident.
Hospitalisation : Compensation will be provided should you have to stay in hospital as a result of dental trauma.
Permanent Facial Disfigurement : Compensation will be provided should you be scarred on the neck or face as result of the dental trauma accident.
Oral Cancer : A payment will be made on diagnosis of oral cancer.
